Okay so a couple of things. I'm gonna go ahead and disable guest commenting, because if it's going to ask for an email and make you do captcha anyway, you may as well just make an account. This good news is that yuour comments will be automatically published. Any comments with links or that triggers any filters I have set up will have to be approved but otherwise, shouldnb't be any problems.
